Barça Ready for First Fixture at Partially Completed Camp Nou on Saturday
The club confirmed they are set to host at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou on Saturday. The club will host the Basque side in the Spanish league two and a half years following their departure for construction to commence.
“We’ve dreamed about the return. Now, it’s here. We’re back home. Back at Spotify Camp Nou.”
Attendance will be limited but 45,401 spectators can be present under the licence granted. Once fully finished, the stadium’s capacity will reach close to 105,000 fans, a rise from the old capacity. Barça announced completed upgrades featured an updated entryway for the team along with upgraded changing facilities.
